Launch The Elder Scrolls Online and stay on the character selection screen. The account name is printed in the top-left corner above the character list.

For PlayStation accounts this is your PSN ID, for Xbox and Game Pass accounts it is your Gamertag. Copy it exactly, including the capital letters.
