How long does delivery take? Most orders are completed in 5-15 minutes. During peak season or for large amounts it can take a little longer; the order status in the member centre always reflects the latest state.

Can I get a refund? Yes, as long as the order has not been marked as delivered. Contact live chat or email with your order number and we will process it.
